What is counselling and psychotherapy?

Counselling and psychotherapy offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you can talk freely about the challenges, worries, or anything you’re going through with a fully trained and qualified counsellor.

There’s no right or wrong here, no judgment, no pressure, and no expectations.

I’m here to listen and support you as you explore what matters most to you—your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—whether they’re from the past or present. This is your space to feel comfortable and understood.

In our time together, you may start to understand yourself (or others) better, find your own answers, gain clarity, make meaningful changes, or discover healthier ways to cope.

How do I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist?

You are always at the heart of my approach, and everything we do together is focused on your needs.

I adapt to what feels right for you, drawing on different parts of my training to work with you in a way that fits your unique situation. I know everyone is different, so I adjust my approach to make sure it suits you and your journey.

The counselling space is your space, where you can feel safe, supported, and completely understood.

I combine various techniques like Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory to find what works best for you.

If you prefer a more creative way of expressing yourself, I also offer creative methods to help you explore and express what’s on your mind.

I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone who comes here. My goal is to share my counselling expertise with anyone who needs it, as everyone deserves a safe and supportive place where they can be heard, especially when times are tough.

Online counselling

Online Therapy Services – Professional Counselling from the Comfort of Your Home

I offer online video and telephone sessions, available to people across the country and around the world.

Online therapy gives you the same professional care and support for issues like anxiety, depression, and more, all from the comfort of your own space.

Many clients find remote counselling really helpful, especially in today’s busy, tech-filled world. It’s flexible, convenient, and accessible, making it easier to fit into your schedule and giving you more options to choose from.

I get that you might be unsure about remote counselling—honestly, I was too at first—but once I tried it, I quickly saw how effective and comfortable it can be.

No matter where you are, I’m here to offer support and help you through whatever you’re going through.

Counselling options and fees

Counselling Session Fees:

Each 1-to-1 counselling session lasts 50 minutes, usually on a weekly basis.

Your counselling journey may be short-term or long-term, depending on your personal needs and goals.

The cost of each session is £55.

For those who know they might need more than one session, I also offer a block of 6 sessions for £300.

Counselling Options:

I aim to be flexible with my counselling options to support as many people as possible.

This includes evening and weekend availability.

  • Online/telephone sessions (available throughout the UK)

  • Face-to-face sessions (currently limited availability in Bristol)

  • One-off sessions (90 minutes, focusing on a specific issue) (please inquire for fees)

  • Please reach out for other options (including walk-and-talk, home visits, email/messaging therapy, and mentoring)
